Sriram Vrinda is an experienced educator and industry veteran with over 20 years of expertise in teaching. Sriram has a Masters degree in Aerospace Engineering from IIT Madras and has a successful career as a Product Management Director with Fortune 10 company. However, his passion for teaching has remained steadfast since his high school days. He has been coaching students in Math and Science at various levels and has now launched an online tutoring initiative called Absolute GPA. Sriram is a specialist in Algebra, Pre-calculus, AP Calculus, AP Physics, and coaching for AMC 8/10/12 exams. He is committed to helping students develop higher-order thinking skills and achieve academic success.
DismissAgam is a high-performing 12th grade high school student. Having gone from being asked by his middle school math teachers to help the class should they have any questions to formal tutoring since the 9th grade, he is extremely experienced in knowing how students think. Always being meticulous in his work resulted in him going through all the different possible pitfalls in any endeavor which lends amazingly to being able to guide a student through those very same pitfalls.
DismissReshma is an experienced educator, academic content creator, and co-founder of Absolute GPA, who is passionate about inspiring and empowering students to reach their full potential. With a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and a master’s in marketing and HR Management, Reshma currently works as a high school Math teacher in Florida. She believes in creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued and supported. Reshma has a deep understanding of various teaching methodologies and learning styles and strives to deliver engaging and interactive lessons that cater to the diverse needs of her students. She is dedicated to fostering critical thinking, creativity, and a lifelong love for learning in each student she encounters. Reshma cultivates a growth mindset and promotes a collaborative classroom culture, both online and in class, to equip her students with the skills and knowledge necessary to thrive academically and beyond. DismissAlan L. Bounville is an accomplished educator and theatre artist with a passion for inspiring creativity and change in the world. As the former Artistic Director of IN OUR WORDS, he used stories from real people to create immersive theatre productions that explored important social issues. Alan has also worked as a teaching artist with renowned companies such as Roundabout Theatre Company, New York Theatre Workshop, and The Center for Arts Education, where he has worked with diverse groups of learners, including individuals with disabilities and English language learners. Alan is an accomplished playwright whose work has been featured in numerous media outlets, including The New York Times and The Guardian. He has been a keynote speaker and workshop facilitator at several theatre conferences and festivals, sharing his expertise in immersive theatre and storytelling. Alan is also a talented grant writer and has been instrumental in securing funding for local arts initiatives and food justice projects in his community. With a decade of experience in the field, Alan brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his work as an educator and artist. His passion for empowering individuals through the arts and promoting social change is at the heart of everything he does.

Our teachers are trained to understand the gap in a student’s background knowledge and quickly addresses the defficiency with a customized lesson plan and more practice problems to reinforce the concept he/she is struggling with.
Also, we believe that a healthy competition can improve a student’s performance. Keeping this in mind we have created group lessons with a maximum of 4 students in each session. This would give them an exposure to each others levels of understanding on a subject and get adapted to different learning styles and prepare them to reach their highest potential.

Mastery learning is not a new method of instruction. It is based on the concept that all students can learn when provided with conditions appropriate to their situation. The student must reach a predetermined level of mastery on one unit before they are allowed to progress to the next.
At Absolute GPA, Our vision is to provide a mastery learning setting, where students are given specific feedback about their learning progress at regular intervals throughout the instructional period. This feedback helps students identify what they have learned well and what they have not learned well. Areas that were not learned well are allotted more time to achieve mastery. Although students taught for mastery may need more time to reach proficiency in the initial stages of a course, they should need less time to master more advanced material because of the firm grasp of fundamentals that they should gain from their initial efforts.
